NoteSync Pro is a browser extension and cloud service that enables users to capture, organize, and export content from web pages. The Service includes: - Browser extension for content capture across 25+ platforms - Local and cloud-based note storage - AI-powered tagging and summarization (Pro plan) - Cross-device synchronization (Pro plan) - Export functionality in multiple formats - Collaboration features (Pro plan) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - Maintain and promptly update your account information - Keep your login credentials secure and confidential - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

NoteSync Pro offers Free, Pro (monthly/yearly subscription), and Lifetime plans. Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment granting perpetual access to Pro features. Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for the Pro plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Contact support@notesyncpro.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by NoteSync Pro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you create or capture using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for the content you capture, store, and share through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to: - Capture, store, or distribute content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights - Store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content - Engage in unauthorized scraping or data collection that violates website terms of service - Share content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable - Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
